Each week stands on its own. You don’t need to be “prepared” to join us; your presence is enough. We meet weekly to move through a monthly theme - not as a class to study, but as a space to breathe.

Come as you are. No preparation required. In this space, there is no homework and no "falling behind." We know your life is full, so we do the work together, in real-time.

Weekly Live Connection: Once a week, we meet to explore the monthly theme. Sessions are recorded.

Live Guided Journaling: You don't need to find time for self-reflection on your own. We work through specific prompts together during the call, inviting discussion and quiet insight as it arises.

Integration Workshops: Once a month, we meet for a dedicated workshop focused on grounding your internal shifts into your daily reality.
